Hi! We are two visual researchers from Arkhangelsk (Russia). This is web-magazine about building which we see everyday. Most of our environment /generation used to exclude these buildings from their visibility. We try to look for the beautiful in them. After all, them standing.
In traditional Japanese aesthetics, wabi-sabi (侘寂) is a world view centered on the acceptance of transience and imperfection. The aesthetic is sometimes described as one of appreciating beauty that is "imperfect, impermanent, and incomplete" in nature.
